Call for Late Breaking Results
We invite contributions to the ICRA 2026 Late Breaking Results Poster Session.
Present your latest findings in the field of robotics and automation by contributing to the ICRA 2026 Late Breaking Results Poster Session. Please note that these contributions are not peer-reviewed and do not qualify as official publications, but they will be available to conference attendees in both poster and electronic form.
This is a great opportunity to receive feedback on your work before submitting it for formal publication. Submit a poster in pdf format through your PaperPlaza account by the final deadline of April 10, 2026. A panel will review submissions for suitability and notify you of acceptance as soon as possible. If your poster is accepted, one of the authors must register for the conference and present their work at the poster session.

- A full registration to ICRA is required to carry out your presentation at ICRA 2026 Late Breaking Results Poster Session.
- Regular full registration includes submissions for up to two items from these categories: paper and late-breaking submission. Student registration includes one submission of the same categories.
- The authors must include an extended abstract of 2 pages to summarize the poster in text along with the full poster.

April 20, 2026 – 23:59 (PST): Acceptance Decision
April 28, 2026 – 23:59 (PST): Submission of Final Materials
Poster Guidelines
- Language: English
- Poster size: Please prepare a poster in the format A0 upright! The maximum dimension of the upright poster panel is 95cm wide x 150cm high (37’’ wide x 59’’ high)
- File format: PDF (Please limit the size of the PDF file to 4 MB)
- Poster format (if accepted): Content on paper/cloth for presentation in the Poster Session. The content can be printed in advance by the authors or ordered to be printed on-site
- There is no specific template for the posters. You should choose the format that best represents your research work. Please use the ICRA 2026 logos that can be found here
