The Exhibition Hall will be a major component of the Conference experience for all attendees from Tuesday, June 2 – Thursday, June 4. The Conference program has been designed to maximize the opportunities for attendees to visit the exhibition hall to see the latest robotics technologies and products and network with exhibitors. Exhibition Space Rental
(Available in Increments of 3 x 3 m)
- Standard Booth Rental is EUR 480 per sqm. before December 19, 2025 ($520 per sqm after).
- Initial booth assignments will begin in August 2025. Please indicate your top 3 preferred booth locations in Step 4 on the application. A surcharge of EUR 500 per open side will apply for Inline Corner Booth locations.
- Start-up Booth Rental EUR 2,000 (limited to one 2 x 3 m exhibition booth)
For companies that have incorporated within 24 months of the conference date. Must provide incorporation certificate. Includes a 6 sqm exhibit booth (shell scheme, including carpet and fascia board signage), and one (1) Exhibitor Personnel Pass.
