The Technical Exhibition Manual contains all relevant information for the exhibitors and they partners. Companies and their suppliers are required to obey the stated information.

The webshop of the official ICRA 2026 standbuilding company (STANDout) is requiring a assigned stand number – hence, it is only accessible for exhibitors who have made a confirmed booking.
The webshop contains items like furniture, plants, AV/IT, etc..
The standbuilder offers standard booth structures. Exhibitors can choose them (and personalize them) but are not obliged to. Of course, companies can also bring their own stands.

The catalogue might help you to calculate some additional costs for your booth before having access to the webshop. However, all bookings of items must be done via the standbuilder webshop (see corresponding link above).

The congress center VIECON offers additional internet connections (wired LAN connections, Wi-Fi options, switches, technical support) via the online shop. However and as usual, standard Wi-Fi (accessible for all congress participants) are offered in the exhibition hall.
Exhibitors can purchase possibilities to get the information of their stand visitors by scanning the badge ID.
The company IML is the appointed local freight forwarding company.

CAM Security (supplier of VIECON Congress Center) provides a booking form for the reservation of security and booth staff at ICRA 2026.
You can already arrange your hotel reservation for you, your colleagues and your clients.
