The conference location for ICRA 2026 is VIECON – Vienna Congress & Convention Center in Vienna, Austria.
(Don’t get confused – the old name is “Messe Wien” – you will find that name still on some signs and also the Viennese still refer to this name).

ICRA offers permanent coffee stations (with tea and coffee) throughout all 5 days.
Lunch will be only offered TUE-THU. However, the 2 cash bars are open on all 5 days.
We have also prepared the Restaurant Leaflet so you can find a suitable slot for having a lunch outside the VIECON building, if you prefer. Please note that THU is a public holiday which might affect the general opening times of some restaurants.

NOKOV Motion Capture kindly supports ICRA in its sustainable attempt to reduce plastic bottles and plastic cups. Each full delegate can pick up his/her complimentary reusable drinking bottle at the Registration Area at the NOKOV bottle distribution by presenting the name badge (one per full ticket, first come, first serve). You can choose between different designs. Bottles can be refilled at the NOKOV water fountain being available in Hall A or with the tab water from the bathrooms.
