Poster Print
ICRA 2026 has appointed CTI Meeting Technology as local supplier who offers a convenient poster print for ICRA participants.
Poster presenters can order and pay their poster print online and will be able to pick up the poster onsite directly inside the Interactive (Poster Area) – Hall C at the poster print desk. Means, you do not have to pre-print and carry your poster to Vienna. Poster orders will be accepted until printing capacity is reached.
Of course, poster presenters are not obliged to use CTI for their poster print. Feel free to bring your poster with you or order at another Viennese supplier.
CTI Meeting Technology will contact the corresponding author of each paper via email in due course. In case you did not receive the email until May 12, feel free to contact CTI by stating your presentation number via [email protected].
Presenters will receive a login and can order their corresponding poster. Please note hereunder deadlines and prices (incl. 20% VAT).

Poster Guidelines for Interactives
- Language: English
- Poster size: Please prepare a poster in landscape A0 format! (A0 = 119x84cm, 46’’ wide x 33’’ high). The maximum dimension of the landscape poster panel is 195cm wide x 130cm high (76’’ wide x 51’’ high)
- File Format: PDF / Maximum file size: 500 MB

Poster Guidelines for LATE Breaking Results
- Language: English
- Poster size: Please prepare a poster in the format portrait/upright A0 format (A0 = 84x119cm, 33’’ wide x 46’’ high)! The maximum dimension of the upright poster panel is 95cm wide x 150cm high (37’’ wide x 59’’ high)
- File Format: PDF / Maximum file size: 500 MB
